253 MA Plates
Stainless steel 253MA Plate is a type that combines efficient construction with outstanding assistance characteristics at high temps. It continues to oxidise up to 1150 °C and can be of great assistance to Grade 310 in atmospheres rich in carbon, nitrogen, and sulphur. When compared to heavy nickel alloys like Grade 310, 253MA's comparatively low nickel content helps to reduce sulphide atmospheres. the addition of a lot of silicon
A grade called 253MA Plates combines good high-temperature service characteristics with simplicity in production. It can outperform Grade 310 in atmospheres comprising carbon, nitrogen, and sulphur and can withstand oxidation up to 1150°C.
The properties of 253MA Sheets include strong creep rupture strength, excellent oxidation resistance up to 2000 degrees F, high tensile strength, etc. Our UNS S30815 Plates provide an excellent compromise between high creep strength and outstanding oxidation, sulfidation, and erosion/abrasion resistance. 253 Ma Plates offer excellent structural stability at high temperatures, outstanding resistance to combustion gases, excellent resistance to isothermal oxidation, particularly cyclic oxidation, and good weldability.
At temperatures exceeding 500 degrees Celsius and up to roughly 900 degrees Celsius, 253MA plates are frequently utilised for structural and pressure-containing applications due to their substantial strength at high temperatures. Burners, boiler nozzles, petrochemical and refining tube hangers, heat exchangers, expansion below, stack dampers, pyrolysis vessels, corrugated boxes, bar baskets, radiant tubes, combustion chambers, etc. are just a few examples of the many uses for Stainless steel 253MA plates.
